About Jim
During my prior career in law enforcement I built several homes in the Snow Valley area, acting as the general contractor. This experience has provided me with an excellent construction background and knowledge of what goes into a custom home. My real estate dealings are mostly in Simcoe county with a focus in Barrie, Springwater and Oro-Medonte, along with the Newmarket area.
I have lived in Snow Valley for over 30 years now and know Snow Valley, Midhurst and Springwater township exceptionally well. Living in Simcoe county affords people an amazing lifestyle, from clean beaches to swim in, to skiing both downhill and cross country and excellent cycling both road and mountain biking.
