I graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences, where I developed the analytical thinking, attention to detail, and discipline that continue to shape the way I work today. Following university, I spent seven years in telecommunications sales, building lasting client relationships, understanding people's unique needs, and helping them make confident, informed decisions. Those years taught me that success isn't about selling—it's about listening, earning trust, and delivering exceptional service.
